The CAEP leaflet summarised why the platform was created, the policy priorities it addressed and the partners who implemented it. It was produced in English and Russian for conferences, ministerial meetings and national workshops.

- Higher education and vocational education and training as the two focus areas.
- Qualification frameworks, quality assurance, employability, innovative teaching, social inclusion, gender equality and financing.
- The consortium led by GOPA Consultants and the project partners across the region.
