Meeting 1 – National Experts for Contribution to the Studies

WORKING LANGUAGE:	Simultaneous interpretation Russian/English – English/Russian

Objective: Instruction of national experts for cooperation with EU experts in the preparation of the CAEP studies.

Expected Results:

Objectives, concept and design of the studies discussed and agreed
Tasks of the national experts in preparation of studies discussed and agreed
National experts equipped with knowledge, skills and competences as well as the necessary tools to reach the envisaged outputs.

Meeting 2 – Establishment of the CAEP Regional Support Network

Objective: Discussion of and agreement on tasks country coordinators and cooperation structures.

Expected Results: CAEP regional support network in operation at least with Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan & Tajikistan Ideas on the involvement of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan developed and agreed.

Objective: Discuss and agree on the organization and programme of the Tempus seminar: “Human resource management in public HE in Kyrgyzstan”.

Expected Results: Logistics, programme and working plan with clear division of tasks agreed and ready for implementation.
