The purpose of the conference is dissemination of the results of the regional Tempus seminar on “Human Resources
Management in Public Higher Education”, held in Tashkent in October 2012.
The key output will be an adopted resolution, containing recommendations to further reform in the field of HRM in HE as well as recommendations to EACEA for future cooperation and assistance.
