CAIConsulting (CAICo) was established in 1998 in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, as MNT Consulting Ltd. Due to the expansion into other countries in Central Asia, the company was rebranded to its current name in 2007. At present, CAICo has fully operating offices in the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, managed by enthusiastic, motivated and experienced local managers.
The cornerstone of CAICo’s approach to the overall management of education, health and social development projects is to support public sector reforms and national strategies by symbioses and synergism of the accumulated international experience and local talent of each individual country. Being a regional structure, CAICo combines best regional practices and experience. Thorough knowledge, availability of information sources, and valuable contact resources in various countries, enable CAICo to successfully implement sub regional as well as regional projects.
Substantial experience has been gained in carrying out reforms in the sectors of education and health in countries with transition economies. In the education sector, CAICo has focused on institutional strengthening, educational systems and curriculum development, VET, employment strategies, and labour market development.
CAICo has implemented several regional projects in Central Asia, e.g. in the areas of education, trade, environmental protection and legal capacity building.
